Your privacy is important to TIC.  This Privacy Policy describes the information practices of TIC and the Site, including the type of information gathered and tracked, how the information is used and with whom the information is shared. This Privacy Policy applies to your interactions with the Site as well as other interactions with TIC, such as when you register for, among other things, courses, personal styling, color analysis, personal shopping, events, newsletters, webinars, and guided group shopping (the “Services”).

What Information We Collect

TIC collects and uses your personal information to operate and improve the Site, to deliver products or Services, and to carry out transactions you have requested. We also use your personal information to communicate with you. We may send certain mandatory service communications such as welcome letters, billing reminders, information on technical service issues, and security announcements. TIC may send periodic newsletters or other mailings either through regular mail or email that are considered part of the service. We may also contact you to inform you of other products, events or Services available from TIC and its affiliates. Sharing of Your Personal Information

The shopping cart page of the Site is hosted by Antion & Associates.  Antion & Associates has access to aggregated information about customers of the Site in order for Antion & Associates to analyze performance and make improvements to its products. TIC will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to others. TIC shares personal information with entities and individuals working on our behalf. Except as described in this statement, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes unless you have provided consent. Some TIC Services, offerings or events may be co-branded and offered in conjunction with another entity or individual. If you register for or use these Services, offerings or events, both TIC and the other entity or individual may receive information collected as part of the co-branded Services, offerings or events. The privacy policy of such other entity or individual, if any, shall apply to their use of your information. In some cases TIC uses contractors to collect, use, analyze and otherwise process information on its behalf.  It is TIC’s practice to require such suppliers to handle information in a manner consistent with TIC’s policies. TIC may also allow carefully selected TIC partners to participate in limited marketing campaigns solely to promote TIC‘s products and Services to you. If you request something from the Site (for example, a product or Service, a callback, information about an event, or specific marketing materials), we will use the information you provide to fulfill your request. To help us do this, we may share information with others, such as TIC’s business partners, event organizers, financial institutions, shipping companies, and postal or government authorities (e.g., customs authorities) involved in fulfillment. In order to protect your information from improper disclosure, TIC uses commercially reasonably efforts to maintain a secure operating environment to protect any information we collect. Once received, we limit access of your information to only those employees with a legitimate business need to review them. I can’t begin to tell you how much fun I had yesterday. The shopping, with your keen eye and color sense, was as wonderful as ever, and the photo shoot was a slice of heaven. I quickly fell in love with Annie, Theresa and Josie. I’ve never done anything even vaguely similar and had more fun than I’ve had in years.
