You’re a diamond-like resource!

I never miss a Front Porch Catwalk. You have such a lovely, intelligent voice for many of us who are open to your work and caring. I love that you are so real, just you. Perfect human, you. I am not in the market for clothes much, however, I would never miss watching you. It’s because of you, Ginger. Just love to lap up your positive energy and advice.

Yesterday I MC’d the South Shore Conference for Women again and one attendee told me “You are dressed like a rock star!” And another asked “how come you look so good?” Ha! Growing up I wanted to be a singer/dancer/rock star. So, I made it! Lol And I have made deliberate choices thanks to the two classes I took with you. I’m confident that’s why I looked so good! Because I picked the right colors, style, shoes and accessories for my inner beauty words. (Plus self-care!)

I have my color palette next to me as I type this email. My colors make me smile and feel happy! I’m so pleased to have plenty of blues and greens to choose from without feeling overwhelmed by decision fatigue!

Working with you really motivates and inspires me to work on parts of myself that I have neglected over the years. Not only are you giving me the tools to improve my appearance, you help me reconnect with interests I was previously taught to consider unimportant or frivolous. Simply put, looking my best makes me happy! Thank you for being my guide on this journey of being my best self as I begin my 60’s! You are giving me the confidence that I can look great no matter how old I am!!

I purchased a hand-bag based on your video recommendation. It is much shorter than I usually buy and that’s the right spot for me! Who knew? You did!

Ginger, I had to let you know that I received so many compliments on my jacket today. I can’t remember ever getting this many compliments on anything I’ve worn before. I wore it with an ivory shell and a lighter muted blue pant with a necklace that has blue and peach in it. I felt like a million bucks!! Thank you so much! I worried about what to wear it with and then worried more about sweltering in it but amazingly I wasn’t hot. The temp was over 100 today so I can hardly believe it. I felt amazing!!

I thought of you as I packed for a short trip. I was able to bring just a carry on for a whole week due to your help with my “capsule wardrobe”. I can’t believe I have had so many choices each day as everything goes with everything. Not only that but I can dress things up or down depending on accessories. Your help is SO appreciated!

I was leaving a restaurant when two young women stopped me and told me they loved how I “rocked” the bright color I was wearing and they “wished they could look that good & pulled together.” Of course, I was wearing ‘my colors’ from Ginger and clothes she helped pick out. Both young women were wearing all black, which is predominantly what I wore before I started working with Ginger. My life is definitely more colorful now, I feel more confident in my clothes, and I get a lot more compliments!

I just wanted to let you now that I used my palette to order a dress today that would have been outside of my comfort zone. I got a violet color, and it was right in my palette! Normally, I would have just ordered black, grey, or navy to be “safe.” Now that I know which colors look good on me, I can order things with more confidence!

Remember when you were just starting out using makeup and you would get advice from your friends or sisters who had more experience with application and products? This is what Ginger’s video replicates – having a nonjudgmental friend, sitting across from you, simply sharing what works for her and why. Ginger’s approach is non-intimidating and encouraging. The steps she demonstrates are clearly articulated and easy to follow. After my first viewing, I was motivated to break some of my lifetime habits of makeup application and try her suggestions with terrific results. When you consider the financial and time investment involved in finding the right makeup for you, Ginger’s expert guidance through this video seems like an obvious, affordable tool to make your investment successful.

After taking your class, I can see where I have wasted money in the past, buying things that weren’t fitting for me. It’s been an eye-opening experience. I can move forward now with knowledge and confidence. I really appreciate all that you share in your zoom classes. Very insightful!

I just wanted to let you know that I am absolutely thrilled with my color palette. It has made a tremendous difference in my life. Shopping is easier–much more focused and satisfying. And, I have received more compliments than before. I have started wearing some colors that I would not have worn before (in the purple family mostly) and I love them.
